It’s satisfying making something yourself, especially if you can eat it. I bumble about in the kitchen learning how to make stuff. Things which take a long time to make are more interesting to me, especially if they use the more unusual or forgotten cuts of meat. I try my hand at charcuterie, pickles, fermentation, smoking and baking, and put it on here so you don’t have to.

A friend of mine suggested I should start a blog. So here it is. Apologies in advance for the crap photography 🙂
